CONSULTING

SAP HCM Consultant (Functional)

• Graduate of the following courses: Human Resources Management, Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and other related courses.
• At least three years experience in either business operations related to SAP consulting in HCM with background in ESS and MSS.
• At least one lifecycle implementation involving the above-mentioned SAP Module.
• Have practical experience in conducting requirements analysis, business process design, configuration and/or implementation in the area of expertise
• Ability to communicate effectively across many different levels of technical and business acumen.

TECHNICAL

System Administrator

• Graduate of Engineering, Computer Science or related courses.
• At least three years experience in network/system/database administration.
• Required skill(s): Active Directory, Firewalls, Networks.
• Excellent communication skills, highly analytical, strong interpersonal and time management skills.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Alliance/Channels Manager

• Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong background in partners and channels management
• Experience in engaging client throughout the sales process
• Able to conduct scope meeting with business process owners of the client
• Knowledgeable in business processes related to industry / prospective clients
• Intermediate knowledge of the entire sales process and its related activities
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Excellent platform skills for both small and large audiences

TECHNICAL

Technical Writer

• Graduate of Bachelor's / College Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Mass Communications or equivalent
• At least one year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent ability to write clearly and concisely
• Detail oriented and highly organized

Helpdesk Support Specialist

• Graduate of a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least one year of working experience in performing the following:
  • Computer Hardware Servicing
  • Windows Operating System Installation/Troubleshooting
  • Linux Operating System Installation/Troubleshooting
• Experience in resolving customers' technical queries and concerns
• Experience in design and enforce request handling and escalation policies and procedures.
• Experience in processing of incoming calls and ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end user issues by both troubleshooting and liaising with the Technical Services Team.
• Candidate must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Candidate must have excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Candidate must be willing to work on graveyard shift.
