Please print the form and sign at the bottom to signify acceptance of E-Academy terms and conditions.

Then, email a scanned copy of the completed form to:

SAP Cancellation Policy will apply for cancelled registrations. To know more about this policy, kindly proceed here.

Payment:
To avoid any inconvenience, please advise our Academy prior to sending your payment to confirm your class schedule and status.

We accept cash, checks, and credit card payments made through PayPal.  The following are accepted by PayPal:

Corporate enrollees are encouraged to pay directly to SAP Philippines for invoicing purposes.

Please note that all payments made through PayPal are in US Dollars.  Kindly ask a quotation document based on dollar from our Academy.
