Kaisa Steams Ahead with JG Summit Petrochemical CorporationJG Summit Petrochemical corporation (JGSPC) recently signed up with kaisa consulting for the ECC implementation at their head office in Pioneer and chemical manufacturing plant in Batangas. JGSPC is one of the few petro chemical companies in the Asia Pacific region. The company entrusted Kaisa's consultants the objective of designing and implementing their SAP systems. After a rigorous selection process, along with the efforts and determination of Hedda Samson, Kaisa won the account and the project successfully kicked-off last November 3, 2009.
The project, aptly entitled Project 212° to signify the boiling point in Fahrenheit, aims to integrate BAAN, Maximo, and other numerous manual processes with SAP. Project 212° is estimated to go live by April 2010. To ensure overall smooth delivery, Kaisa organized a group of highly-skilled and experienced consultants. The team is headed by Andre Pangan as Project Manager and composed of Jango Sarmiento (SD), Marvin Songco (MM), Mati See (PP), Jiggs Ladim (PM), Czar Saligumba (FI/CO) and Jecs Jecong (Basis). Additional ABAP consultants will be added later in the project.
The JGSPC and Kaisa team sums up their vision for Project 212° by conveying that "One extra degree makes all the difference. And the one extra degree of effort in business and in life separates the good from the great!"
